Three Piano Summit

Three pianists. Three musical backgrounds. One stage.
The third concert in the Hua Hin Jazz Series presents the Three Piano Summit—a distinctive meeting of three pianists whose musical identities have been shaped by different traditions: classical music, the expressive spirit of blues and the powerful energy of big-band jazz.
Supported by bass and drums, the three pianists will explore the breadth of the jazz repertoire through solo performances, piano duets and full three-piano arrangements. Contrasting techniques and personalities will meet across the keys as musical ideas are introduced, answered and transformed throughout the performance.
More than a traditional piano concert, the Three Piano Summit is a live musical conversation. Each pianist brings an individual approach, yet the most exciting moments emerge when they listen and respond to one another.
Expect technical brilliance, playful exchanges and spontaneous creativity in an evening celebrating the piano’s remarkable versatility within the world of jazz.
