These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the event hosting, ticket reservation, and management services provided by Elder Blossom Residence Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 0775568001221), operating under the commercial brand name Hua Hin Events.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting reservation requests, or purchasing ticket admissions and bundles for our events, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Services, Event Hosting & Admissions
Hua Hin Events organizes, hosts, and promotes cultural performances, classical acoustic recitals, jazz ensemble evenings, and theatrical showcases at Elder Blossom Hua Hin and partner venues. Admission to any performance is granted strictly upon verification of booking confirmation.
Booking, Pricing & Payment Workflow
Accepted Payment Methods & Gateway: Online payments are processed through Omise using the payment methods available at checkout. At-door payment is available where offered for the selected event or bundle. Customers book directly through the registration form on the event or bundle page and review the total before confirming.
Instant Automated Confirmation & Door Reservations: Online bookings are confirmed after Omise verifies successful payment, and a paid confirmation is sent to the registered email address. At-door bookings receive a reservation email and payment is due on arrival.
Currency & Taxes: All prices are stated and charged in Thai Baht (THB). Services and tickets are subject to applicable Thai statutory taxes under Elder Blossom Residence Co., Ltd. registration.
Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Customer Cancellations & Booking Changes:
A full refund is available for cancellation requests received at least seven days (168 hours) before the scheduled event start, using Thailand time (Asia/Bangkok). For bundles, this deadline is measured from the first included event. Booking changes require the same notice and are subject to availability. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Organizer Cancellation & Significant Rescheduling:
If we cancel an event, customers receive a full refund for that event. If we significantly reschedule it, customers may choose a refund instead of accepting the new date. For a bundle with only some events affected, the refund is the share of the bundle price paid attributable to those events, calculated in proportion to their standalone prices at booking, or equally if separate prices were not stated. If all included events are cancelled, the entire bundle price paid is refunded. Credit toward another event is available only if the customer chooses it. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Refund Method & Timing:
Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the original transaction. We review requests and initiate eligible refunds within seven calendar days of receiving the request and information needed to identify the booking. Bank crediting is separate: Omise advises that credit-card refunds normally appear in the next billing cycle and debit-card refunds can take 30–60 days. Other payment methods depend on the bank or provider. Any shorter period required by applicable law takes precedence.

Venue Guidelines & Attendee Conduct
Attendees are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime for convenient parking and seating; however, attendees remain welcome to enter during the performance.
Photography and video recording from audience seats are permitted; however, attendees are warmly invited to minimize device usage and simply sit back and enjoy the live performance experience.
Official photography and videography take place during events for archival and promotional purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that public event recordings occur. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform our team upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All text, branding, logos, photography, video recordings, and graphical media on this website are the exclusive property of Hua Hin Events and Elder Blossom Residence Co., Ltd. and are protected by Thai and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Form Security (Google reCAPTCHA)
All reservation and inquiry forms on this website are secured using Google reCAPTCHA to filter automated bot submissions. Use of these forms is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Elder Blossom Residence Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website usage, event attendance, transport delays, adverse weather conditions, or events beyond reasonable operational control (force majeure).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand.
